User Agreement for Filipino Players

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

By accessing the 53jl platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the 53jl platform immediately.

Your continued use of the 53jl platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 53jl recommends that players periodically review the Terms & Conditions page to remain informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 53jl, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for gambling activities in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. 53jl strictly enforces this requirement. Players who are found to have provided false age information will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed, and all funds (including winnings) will be forfeited.

• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active 53jl account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms.
• Personal Use Only: You must use your 53jl account solely for personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for commercial gambling, syndicated betting, or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

Players must complete the 53jl registration process accurately and in full. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful, accurate, and complete at the time of submission and will be updated promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for:

All deposits on the 53jl platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). 53jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the 53jl payments page.

By making a deposit to 53jl, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are your own and have been obtained through lawful means;
• You are not using funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• The payment method used belongs to you and you are its authorized holder;
• You understand that deposited funds are used for gambling and may be lost.

53jl reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming regulations or as part of player-requested self-imposed limits. Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be returned to the source payment method without processing.

Players may request withdrawal of their real money wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account has completed the required KYC identity verification process;

• There are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds included in the balance;

Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) banking days. 53jl is not liable for delays caused by payment processor downtime, banking holidays, or network congestion on Philippine e-wallet systems.

General conditions applicable to all 53jl bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real money funds. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 53jl contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the bonus terms. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to using low-risk bets to circumvent wagering requirements (bonus hunting), coordinated multi-account bonus claims, or exploiting promotional errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 53jl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game's information panel within the 53jl lobby.

By participating in any game on 53jl, players acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling outcomes are determined by chance and certified RNG systems that 53jl cannot influence or manipulate;
• Past game outcomes have no bearing on future game outcomes;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 53jl platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account per person, household, device, or IP address;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 53jl platform, place bets, or participate in any game;
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 53jl platform;
• Deliberately exploiting game errors, software bugs, or pricing errors to gain unfair financial advantage;
• Laundering money or using 53jl as a conduit for any financial crime in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting to gain unfair advantage;
• Sharing or selling access to your 53jl account;
• Accessing 53jl through a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-specific restrictions;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at 53jl staff or other players via any communication channel.

53jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your 53jl Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 53jl account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session duration after which the system will alert you or end your session;

All content on the 53jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, database architecture, and all related intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 53jl Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 53jl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any 53jl content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on 53jl content;

53jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Interruption of service due to planned or unplanned maintenance;
• Network connectivity issues, including disruptions to Philippine mobile data networks (Globe, Smart, DITO) or internet service providers;
• Delays in GCash, Maya, or bank payment processing beyond 53jl's direct control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, typhoons, government actions, or widespread network failures affecting the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 53jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

53jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within a reasonable time;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine AMLA;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion requests;
• Extended inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive).

Upon account closure due to a player-initiated request or natural account deactivation, any remaining real money balance (net of any voidable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard KYC verification. 53jl will not return funds to accounts closed due to fraudulent activity or serious Terms violations.

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your 53jl account, transactions, game outcomes, or bonus treatment, you should first contact 53jl's customer support team via live chat. Our support team is available 24/7 in English and Filipino and will work to resolve your concern at the first point of contact where possible.

For disputes that cannot be resolved at the customer support level, you may escalate the matter to 53jl's compliance team by submitting a written complaint via email to the address published on the 53jl contact page. 53jl will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 14 business days.

53jl's server-side game logs constitute the authoritative record of all gaming transactions and outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's recollection and the server logs, the server logs will prevail unless there is demonstrable evidence of a technical error on 53jl's part.

Disputes that remain unresolved after the internal escalation process may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's established complaint handling procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the non-exclusive personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the purpose of such proceedings.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

53jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms at https://53jl.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

For material changes to these Terms — including changes to player eligibility requirements, payment processing procedures, or bonus terms — 53jl will endeavor to provide advance notice to active players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 53jl platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with amended Terms should cease using the platform and, if they wish to close their account, contact 53jl support to arrange the return of any real money balance.
